The Story of
ID-Dizajner Rentals
I am an interior designer who loves all things whimsical - something we all need a little bit of at the moment for sure! When planning my wedding in October of 2021 I wanted to add a touch of fun and whimsy to my art-deco themed wedding with a champagne tower and we found that it wasn’t possible to rent one in Malta. That’s where Dizajner Events Rentals was born, focusing on rental items for events in Malta with the same eccentric and out-there style of
my interior design studio: ID-Dizajner Interior Design.
My now-husband and I bought hundreds of champagne coupes (the supplier's full stock actually!) in order to fulfill this dream of mine to pour champagne into a tower at the end of the wedding - the final hurrah before the end of the party!
We also wanted something extra fun to welcome our guests into our wedding with. So we commissioned a grass wall, added a bell, requested waiters to 'glove up' and voila! Our wedding entrance became an interactive part of the wedding - making sure our guests knew they were in for a quirky ride!
After our wedding, we thought ‘why not rent them out to couples who wanted to do the same?’ They’ve been a hit, even for small dinner parties at home, and I personally LOVE the idea that we're helping people add a little more magic into their daily lives and home dinners - one coupe at a time!
In the meantime, we've kept dreaming of new things we think couples would love to see at their weddings and we just keep on adding more items to our inventory!
